These terms govern access to Game Reviver. By using the site, uploading photos, or requesting an appraisal, you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Game Reviver helps users estimate the value of video game collections by analyzing uploaded photos and comparing detected items with available market data. Features may change as the product evolves.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your region to use Game Reviver. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

4. Uploads & Content

You are responsible for photos and other content you submit. You confirm you have the right to upload them and that they do not violate law or third-party rights. We may refuse or remove content that interferes with the service.

5. Appraisals & Estimates

Appraisals are informational estimates based on detected items and publicly available market data. They are not an offer to buy, sell, or insure your collection, and they are not financial, legal, or professional advice.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse Game Reviver, attempt to disrupt the product, scrape the service beyond ordinary browsing, or upload content intended to harm other users or the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

Game Reviver, including its name, design, software, and brand assets, remains our property or that of our licensors. You keep rights in the photos you upload, and you grant us a limited license to process them to provide and improve the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is. Recognition accuracy, market data, and estimated values can be incomplete or change without notice. Use of this site is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Game Reviver is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from appraisals, uploads, or use of the site.
